TRAIN PERSONNEL> Entrepreneurs and direct collaborators

Entrepreneurial training, based on business strategic and global management, meets the needs of those who take part in the global management of the employment structure.

Besides entrepreneurs, these training courses target people who already took on or are going to take on general management responsibilities (such as general managers, people in charge of economic policies, etc.).
Furthermore, this type of training also concerns the sons of entrepreneurs, assistants, staff managers and, in general, those who are requested an overall vision of business activities.
The training activities targeting entrepreneurs and direct collaborators of entrepreneurs can be divided into Training for Entrepreneurs, Transfer of Entrepreneurial Activities, New Entrepreneurial Activitiesi.

Training for Entrepreneurs
Entrepreneurial training allows various business sector operators to profitably perform business management.
This training segment aims at providing enterprises with tools for interpreting the business external context, and analysing internal management. These formulas consist of self-training and exchange-comparison of experiences on real cases, under the guidance of experts.
Professional training sometimes concerns regulatory or technological innovations, and envisage the organisation of theoretical-practical workshops on corporate, market and economic issues.

Transfer of Entrepreneurial Activities
In the lifecycle of an enterprise, after the setting-up and growth phases, another important phase is the “transfer” one. According to some estimates, about 20 thousand Italian enterprises every year risk shutting down due to the lack of the generational turnover in the company’s management.
Small and medium family-owned enterprises in particular risk not to go beyond their first generation, due to the difficulties in accessing information, exchanging know-how and their lack of propensity to generational turnover. This training segment aims at investigating issues such as business analysis problems, assessment of business value, assignment, take-over, reconversion, succession, etc. The training activity consists of workshops and consultancy provision.
Business schools, a few service sector companies, and several special Agencies are entrusted with this type of training.

New Entrepreneurial Activities
This type of training aims at diversifying corporate activities or searching for new businesses. Besides active entrepreneurs, beneficiaries include former employees who intend to start entrepreneurial initiatives, through productive or research activity “spin offs”.
