For surveyors and consultants, registration in the Register of Surveyors and experts is not mandatory, in that they can carry out their professional activities without registering. In fact, this Register only aims at disclosing the names of those who have qualified to carry out surveys with respect to some products, without attributing any exclusive qualification. In other words, registration is not a prerequisite to carry out this professional activity. . .

Anyway, certificates attest the qualification of the people enrolled to carry out surveys and draw up expert’s reports.
